Alchemy's restoration work for St Birinus church in Dorchester on Thames was also recognised with this project winning a Blue Plaque award for restoration from the Oxfordshire Preservation Trust.

GieNie-Upholstery is a specialist restoration and conservation workshop of traditional upholstery, from Period to early 20th century upholstered furniture.
Trained as a furniture restorer and conservationist in Germany over a period of 4 years, Rabea came over to the UK in 1999. She succesfully completed a BA (HONS) and a following MA course in furniture restoration and conservation at the BCUC in High Wycombe in the following four years. During her studies she became very interested in the field of traditional upholstery; she decided to specialise in this on her MA course.
In 2004 she became a full member of the guild of traditional upholsterers.
Her workshop services include:
•restoration and conservation of period and early 20th century upholstered furniture
•re-upholsterying with high quality materials (NO FOAM!) and traditional methods
•re-covering of all kind of upholstered furniture (old or modern)
